My youngest daughter, who is 19 months old, has very dry patches on her legs and my hands get very dry and chapped from washing.  The Skin MD natural shielding lotion worked well for my hands, smoothing the ugly dry skin between my fingers.  It does feel a little different going on for me than regular lotion, and a little goes a long way so use sparingly!  I haven't noticed much improvement yet on my youngest daughter's legs, but I think hers is a more difficult case of actual eczema rather than just dry skin.
