And of course if they're not real you don't have to worry about allergies, messes, or watering. With 3 young kids, I have found myself choosing artificial plants and flowers over real the past several years, and now with better choices I don't have to worry about them looking fake to guests. I definitely think real fresh flowers are nice every once in awhile, but they don't last long, and with my kids artificial is my day to day pick... how about you?

I'm really not much of a flower person but I usually like real flowers. However I have seen some really nice flowers that look real but are fake on peoples dining room table!
There's nothing like the real thing! But they are expensive, so I mix them! I buy at least one bouquet of real flowers & mix them with fake silk greens & background blooms. These bouquets are stunning & beautiful to look at while in these wintry indoor months! Did you know that Duke University did a study & found that yes, fresh flowers do lower blood pressure, & depression. Anyone who's ever had fresh flowers around could tell you that! :)
P.S. God didn't have to make them, but He did! They are an object of beauty made fresh daily for our pleasure - imagine!
